Reprogramming efficiency following Gata4 perturbation. XEN cells were transfected with plasmids expressing Cas9 and single guide RNAs (sgRNAs) targeting Gata4 or control. Immunofluorescence staining determined successful knockout of GATA4 expression (C). Following 10 days of reprogramming, resulting percentage of iPS-like cells was determined using flow cytometry (D).
