Heatmaps of ATAC-seq and H3K27ac ChIP-seq enrichment at EOMES-bound ME enhancer peaks in dKO day 2 primed cells and in 3 differentiation conditions. Scales represent RPKMs for ATAC-seq and ChIP-seq signal from two replicates. Regions are ranked according toFigure 2H. Heatmaps show that chromatin accessibility at EOMES ME enhancers (n= 4,989) is established when signals are blocked (+dox/SB/XAV), however, at reduced signal intensity.
