Meta plots and heatmaps of SMARCA4 ChIP-seq enrichment at EOMES-bound ME enhancers show the recruitment of SMARCA4 between days 2 and 3 in WT cells that is absent in dKO cells and rescued by the induced expression of EOMES:GFP in dKOEoGFP cells. Regions are ranked according to Figure 2H.
