Heatmaps of EOMES ChIP-seq (blue), ATAC-seq (green), and H3K27ac ChIP-seq (red) in WT and dKO EBs at days 2 and 3 of ME differentiation at n= 4,989 EOMES-bound ME enhancers showing significantly reduced ATAC and H3K27ac signals in dKO day 3 EBs.
