Workflow from Scientific Research

Experimental design: Balb/c mice were intranasally (IN) challenged with a lethal dose of VACV, following which they were administered intraperitoneally (IP) with 10 mg/kg of Fc-M1R-01 or an anti-GP73 antibody served as a control at days 0 and 2. The mice were then monitored for survival. At 5 days post-infection, lungs, spleens, and blood were collected for subsequent analysis.
