The red line indicates the performance of CellPose (specialist models for LIVECell and TissueNet, cyto2 model otherwise). Datasets LIVECell, DeepBacs, TissueNet, PlantSeg (root) and NeurIPS CellSeg are part of the training set (evaluated on a separate test split) and datasets COVID IF, PlantSeg (ovules), Lizard and Mouse Embryo contain image settings not directly represented in training.
