Schematic depiction of the effect of the magnetic field and fluence on the canting angle θ between the two sublattice magnetization vectors. On application of a perpendicular magnetic field, θ gradually changes from 0 (AFM) to π (FM). At a finite magnetic field, the magnon-induced change β in θ changes with the fluence, thereby affecting the exciton energy.
