Scatter Plot from Scientific Research

Scatter plot of the correlation between the density and deformations along the whole trajectory of a GUV. Deformations are normalized by the mean radius R 0 of the GUV. We find a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.6, computed using Python’s numpy.corrcoef function. The shaded area indicates the s.d. between n = 5 different GUVs analysed, from N = 2 experiments in the same conditions.
