GO enrichment analyses of DEGs divided by up- or downregulated genes within each epithelial subcluster between women with and women without PCOS at baseline and the changes from baseline to after 16 weeks of metformin or lifestyle management in women with PCOS. GOs with BH-adjusted P < 0.05 are reported and -log 10 (transformed) for visualization.
