Current-level z -scores and KS statistics of differences in current between control and 5mCpG datasets for each position surrounding CpG sites in the D. melanogaster X chromosome, computed from Uncalled4 and f5c r10.4.1 signal alignments using the ONT r10.4.1 400-bps model. KS statistic lines show the median normalized current difference between the signal aligned at each position and the pore model, and shaded regions show the interquartile range of the current difference.
