Workflow from Scientific Research

Our Pycytominer-based workflow to process publicly available data and to train a machine-learning model to predict cellular injury. We then retrained our model using only features that overlapped with the publicly available CPJUMP1 dataset. Note that CPJUMP1 was also previously processed using Pycytominer.
