Heatmap from Scientific Research

A heatmap of Pearson correlation values for scores on predicted contact maps, generated through a series of perturbations (Extended Data Fig. 5a ), for all pairs of the 13 methods that can be applied to predicted maps. The colors across the top of the heatmap identify the methods. Maps that resulted in no scores for any method were removed from the analysis.
