Each ROC curve corresponds to the inference of a different five-node random hypergraph. To test the robustness of THIS, we made the hypergraphs non-sparse ( p = 0.5 for both pairwise and triadic connections) and estimated derivatives from numerical differentiation. Since each Lorenz oscillator has three degrees of freedom, we are essentially performing inference on a 15-dimensional system.
