Additional densities attributed to Bpa (approx. residues 162-174) interacting with the 20S CP -subunits. Although the poor density hindered unambiguous assignment of the residues preceding G169, the backbone of the Bpa C-terminal tail oriented parallel to the two neighboring helices can be traced (pink line).
