Fold increase of SBS1, SBS5/40 and SBS18 in the 19 microdissections from metaplastic glands estimated by comparing the observed mutation burdens of these signatures compared to the expected burdens. P values are obtained through two-sided Wilcoxon rank-sum tests. The central line, box and whiskers represent the median, IQR from first to third quartiles and 1.5 IQR, respectively.
