Irradiated RAG1-deficient mice were reconstituted with a mixture of bone marrow from TCRα-deficient (TCRα -/- ) mice and either Wnk1 fl/+ RCE or Wnk1 fl/- RCE mice, treated with tamoxifen at least 8 weeks later to delete Wnk1 fl alleles and immunized with NP-CGG in alum.
