Spatial plots displaying Leiden clustering of spots from the co-occurrence of snRNA-seq cluster abundance scores. Spots in the same cluster show similar patterns of snRNA-seq cell abundance. Clusters were named and grouped based on concordance to established hypothalamic neuroanatomical structures. A list of abbreviations can be found in Supplementary Table 20 .
