Knock down efficiency of individual or pooled crRNAs assessed in the clonal population of Cas9-expressing WT and NGPS cells. crRNAs targeting SIRT7 (top 2 blots) or HDAC6 (bottom 3 blots) were used, either as single sequences (#1, #2) or as a pool of the 2 sequences.
