STEM and EDS images of Mn50. The electron beam is parallel to the [110] zone axis of the matrix in both STEM images presented. High density of dislocations is seen in both materials. Secondary phase appears brighter than the fcc matrix in Mn50. Cr segregation (white arrows) correspond to interfaces between fcc and sigma phase.
