Classification of ATP-fed Ae. aegytpi in 3 groups according to dye color and abdominal swelling: fully fed (abdomen fully distended), partially fed (abdomen colored), and non-fed (no coloration). Each corresponds to class 1A (abdomen fully distended), class 1B (abdomen colored and partially distended), class 2 (abdomen colored and shape retained), and class 3 (abdomen shape retained and no color observed).
