MDMs were harvested 2 days post addition of PT-2385 (PT; 1 M or 10 M), a highly specific HIF2 antagonist, in hypoxia before being harvested for RNA extraction. RT-PCR analyses of HIF-related genes (PDK1, PGK1, and PAI1) and an HIF-unrelated gene (BAP1) in duplicates per donor are shown (n= 3).
