Fluorescence images showing pseudotyped HIV-1-infected WT and SAMHD1 KO perineal macrophages in hypoxia and normoxia. The number of GFP-positive cells was quantitated and normalized to the total number of cells to give a single-round infection rate. At least 4 pairs of WT and SAMHD1 animals were used in this analysis (n= 4–5). A paired t test was used with*p< 0.5 and**p< 0.1. The scale bar represents 100 μm.
