Western blots of cell lysates from cells either stimulated with FCS or incubated for 2 days under hypoxia (1% oxygen) were compared with those under normoxia (21% oxygen). FCS, fetal calf serum; HS, human serum. Antibodies used for blotting are listed on the right of the blots and protein markers on the left. Quantitation of cell cycle markers (MCM2 and CDK1) and the phosphorylation of SAMHD1 (pSAM; phosphorylation at T592) and SAMHD1 (SAM) from multiple blots was normalized with actin before plotting in pairs (n= 810).
