Volcano Plot from Scientific Research

RNA-seq volcano plots depicting differentially expressed genes (computed by DESeq2) in MC38 or CT26 cells expressing P2RY6 versus vector. Cells were treated with UDP (100 μM) and IFN-γ (10 ng/mL) for 12 h. Three independent samples were analyzed per group. Genes that displayed significant differential expression (adjustedp<0.05) were labeled in red (log2fold change [FC] < −1) or blue (log2FC > 1). pvalues were calculated by the Wald test using Benjamini and Hochberg correction.
