Growth of NCI-H2126-Cas9 tumors transduced with 2 independent sgRNAs targeting P2RY6 (sgP2RY6-1 and sgP2RY6-2) or a control sgRNA targeting an intergenic region in chromosome 2 (sgChr2-4) in nude mice. Data are mean SEM (NCI-H2126-Cas9:n= 10 per group; NCI-H292-Cas9,n= 9 for sgChr2-4, 10 for sgP2RY6-1, 8 for sgP2RY6-2). Ordinary one-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett’s multiple comparison test was used to determine the statistical significance in the differences in tumor volume following sgP2RY6-1 and sgP2RY6-2 expression relative to sgChr2-4 expression.
