Quantification of the floral organ abscission phenotype of the genotypes listed in the figure legend. The x axis represents the floral positions P1 to P15 and the y axis shows the number of floral organs attached. Floral position P1 is the first flower bud undergoing abscission at the time of phenotyping, and position numbering increases with the maturity of the flower/developing fruit along the inflorescence stem. Markers represent the mean and whiskers the SEM; 12 plants per genotype were analyzed.
