Immunoblot of HA-tagged Hag flagellin (Hag-HA) of Kurthia sp. 11kr321 expressed in S. oneidensis WT, ΔpseI, and Δmaf-1Δmaf-2 in the presence or absence of the cognate GlfM of Kurthia. The black caret denotes the migration of completely glycosylated Hag-HA, while white caret indicates the migration of non-glycosylated Hag-HA. Blots were probed with monoclonal antibodies to the HA-tag (α-Hag-HA). The number on the left corresponds to molecular mass (in kDa). This blot is representative of two independent experiments.
