Bacterial two-hybrid assay in BTH101E. colicells expressing T18 and T25 fusion proteins to S. oneidensis flagellins, Maf-1 and Maf-2. GlfM was co-expressed from the same plasmid with the Maf-2 fusion protein. Cells were spotted on LB agar containing X-Gal and IPTG. Empty spots correspond to T18/T25 combinations with no co-transformants. These images are representatives of two independent experiments.
