Microscopy from Scientific Research

Ctrl, Heat-killed or Alloprevotella rava -treated EAE mice described in ( a ) were sacrificed at day 30 p.i., and spinal cords were harvested. Spinal cords sections were analyzed by Immunofluorescent staining of myelin sheaths. Full slice bar = 500 μm, partial slice bar = 50 μm.
