Line Plot from Scientific Research

Competition Assays of HLE cells transduced with the indicated plasmids and cultured in medium supplemented with the 1 g/ml or 62.5 ng/ml DOX. The individual cell lines were mixed in a ratio of 30:70 with cells harboring an MFRN2 KO and no GFP expression. Results are shown as the mean SD the ratio of GFP + cells compared to t0 for each assay performed with 3 technical replicates. Representative of 1 biological replicate is shown. n = 2 for biological replicates.
