Prediction of COVID-19 severity from WGBS sequencing of 52 patient plasma samples from [ 29 ]. Deconvolution from the original paper (cfDNAme) was compared to CelFiE and CelFiE-ISH, after harmonizing the cell types as described in Methods section. ROC analysis was performed using the proportions for each cell type separately to predict WHO ordinal code (>=7) (patients requiring mechanical ventilation in the ICU). Cell types are ranked by the maximum AUC across the 3 models.
