Heatmap of accuracy scores on different platforms. Methods are grouped by each class and ranked according to their accuracy scores. Mix sources1 indicates the data derived from two experimental platforms (Smart-seq2 and 10x Genomics). Mix sources2 indicates the mixture data derived from platforms of CEL-seq and CEL-seq2.
