Fluorescence images of Arabidopsis mature pollen grain expressing the OM64-eGFP-BLRP fusion protein. Pollen grain from stable transformation lines was observed by confocal microscopy (40x magnification, water immersion), and co-localization was assessed using MitoTracker Orange. Scale bars, 10 μm. Confocal imaging of buds and pollen expressing (IMTACT) or not (WT) the OM64-eGFP-BLRP construct is shown in Figure S1C.
