Change in the chemical shift difference (Δδ=δF1-δF2) between (R)-1 and (S)-1 in DPC micelles with increasing amounts of Na+Boc-D-Pro-. Data fitted using a 1 : 1 binding model with KD=158 mM, which assumes KDis the same for the Boc-D-Pro complexes of both (R)-1 and (S)-1 (although δF1≠δF2).
