Single base substitution (SBS) mutations in WGS clones of a control (CTRL-33) and XP patient (NXPG-32). Comparison of SBS mutation profiles to SBS18 previously reported in failure of repair byOGG1. Cosine similarity between WGS clones to SBS18 was 0.94 and 0.96, respectively, suggesting that mutagenesis is driven qualitatively by oxidative species in control and XP cases.
