ChIP qPCR for the SALL2 promoter region where the H3K27me3 peak was identified through ChIP-seq (chromosome 14 [chr14]: 22,004,347–22,005,057). Two amplicons covering the region were analyzed in GIC19 (scr, dark green and shM7B, light green) and GIC61 (scr, dark blue and shM7B, light blue). N= 3 independent experiments.
