Bispecific scDb-Fc configurations were formed by combining IMCAS-123 with antibodies that target 7 + 1 distinct epitopes, as suggested by Hastie et al. The left visual delineation of these combinations helps to understand how IMCAS-123 collaborates with other antibodies, targeting different epitope sites. The red shaded region in the neutralization curves symbolizes the extent of synergy. A larger and more pronounced red area indicates a significant leftward shift in the curve, reflecting a more substantial and pervasive synergistic effect during pseudovirus neutralization. Each neutralization experiment was performed three times with two replicates (n= 2). The neutralization curves are the representative data of three independent experiments. See alsoFigure S8.
