Comparative assessment of neutralizing capabilities of entities such as IMCAS-123 Fab, diabody, F(ab’)2, and IgG against the prototypical SARS-CoV-2. In the figure, the yellow highlight signifies that the IMCAS-123 diabody demonstrated exceptional activity akin to the IgG. For precise comparative analytics, discrepancies in molecular weight were accounted for, and data are presented in uniform nM concentrations. Each neutralization experiment was performed three times with two replicates (n= 2). IC50 values represent the mean data from three independent experiments.
