HEK293 cells expressing wild-type ANO4 were stained with antibodies for ANO4 (left, red) and EEA1 (left-middle, yellow). Merged images (right-middle) show the co-localization of mutant ANO4 and EEA1. The gray dot images (right) represent the density of co-localization of mutant ANO4 and EEA1. Nuclei were stained with DAPI. Scale bar represents 10 μm.
