The AC-subtyping derived fromFigure 3C (n= 516) was tested in three groups for each established signature (high, intermediate, low; based on tertiles for RS, GGI, and SET). The AC-clusters were highly significant in all 9 subgroups (p<0 .0001). AC-subtypes in three risk groups based on SET (top: high risk tertile, middle: intermediate risk tertile, low: low risk tertile). For the SET index, the high-risk patient group is included in the SET low tertile, because SET has an inverse scale. See alsoFigure S7.
