Representative micrographs of a time-lapse microscopy of cells expressing Mps1-mNeonGreen, Nuf2-mCherry in the background of Dam1 wild type, 3A (S257A/S265A/S292A), or 3D (S257D/S265D/S292D). Cells expressing Dam13Dshow a phenotype where kinetochores are bi-lobed with over 1 um inter-kinetochore distance but not segregated for prolonged time.
