Inclusion parameters were patients with hormone-receptor positive, HER2-negative early breast cancer and no pCR after neoadjuvant chemotherapy and a CPS-EG score of either >= 3 or of >= 2 with ypN+. Based on these inclusion criteria, 1,250 patients were randomized to post-neoadjuvant palbociclib vs. placebo.
