Two-way ANOVA for age and cell type. Interaction effect: F(1, 55,996) = 4.94, p < 0.05; cell type effect: F(1, 55,996) = 33.87, p < 0.0001; and age effect: F(1, 55,996) = 84.88, p < 0.0001. Post hoc Tukey’s multiple comparison test indicates differences between SST+ cells and other active cells at P7/P8 (*p < 0.0001) and P9/P10 (*p < 0.0001).
