Gut microbiota species-level composition in infants (90th percentile of microbial species abundance) across delivery modes, highlighting species with relative abundance compensated above the cesarean group level by FMT (one-sided Wilcoxon rank-sum tests; padj < 0.05 between cesarean and cesarean + FMT, padj ≥ 0.05 between cesarean + FMT and vaginal) or overcompensated above the vaginal and cesarean groups’ levels (both padj < 0.05).
