Ribosome occupancy and RNA-seq coverage plots of theGCN4transcript. Coverage by ribosomes was calculated by using the midpoint of the ribosome-protected fragments as a pseudo A-site. For RNA-seq reads, coverage across the entire mapped fragment was utilized.
