Immunoblot of SH-EP-MYCNER cells expressing Dox-inducible shRNAs targeting ZCCHC8, RBM7, or MTR4. Cells were treated for 48 h with 1 g/mL Dox and 4 h with 100 nM 4-OHT (MYCN ON), where indicated.
