CpG>TpG mutations are depleted in MMR-active (early replicating) regions in MMRp but not/less so in MMRd WGS samples. The y axis shows a log 2 -transformed ratio of CpG>TpG mutation frequency in early/late regions. Two-sided sign test P values (shown below each boxplot) were used to to evaluate whether the values differ from zero. P values comparing samples (shown above each boxplot) were determined by two-sided t -test with an uneven variance.
