Chemical structures of the lipids used in this study; two formulations were identified that delivered iGeoCas9 RNP efficiently, termed standard and cationic (details can be found in the table). DLS of standard and cationic LNPs demonstrates that they have sizes of 178 nm and 181 nm. iGeoCas9 used in this figure is 2NLS-iGeoCas9(C2)-2NLS.
