Gaussian-filtered reconstructions for three 4.6 eV regions of the spectrum are shown together with an atomic model of rabbit RyR1, PDB- 5TAQ ref. 24 . Before the carbon edge, the reconstruction shows a uniform distribution of intensity between the protein and the solvent.
