Protein Structure from Scientific Research

Refined reconstruction of RyR1 from a data set of 460,651 particle images, which were extracted from the EBF images generated from zero-loss peak counts. The map shows a good fitalbeit at low resolutionto the published model of rabbit RyR1, PDB- 5TAQ ref. 24 , which is displayed as cartoon model. The refined poses can be used for reconstruction of energy-loss volumes.
